Calendar Next available session starts Jun 29, 2020 at 1 pm, runs for 1 week

From comics to films, most forms of modern entertainment begin with artists sketching idea with pen and paper. What contemporary artists do next with these ideas is what makes this course so exciting. Campers ages 12 and up will receive an introduction to illustration and learn how their sketches can be digitally transformed using a phone, tablet or computer. Students will bring their own digital device suitable for drawing to learn and explore creating and drawing art on a digital device. We will discuss different software and applications (Apps) and the universal tools that digital artists need to know. The MACC will proide styluses, though campers are welcome to bring their own.
